In 2016 the Butters Foundation received a grant of $5,363 from Operation Enfant Soleil for the purchase of specialized equipment for children (0 to 6) in the various units of our traditional rehab partner establishment, (formerly le Centre de réadaptation de la Montérégie-Est), and for certain needy families. The equipment has been spread throughout the various service centres in the region with special consideration for families with specific needs. See the photo below which shows the young Assel Fares using his new piece of readaptive equipment with the help of his mother. The Directors of the Foundation thank Operation Enfant Soleil for their generosity toward families with pre-school children in need of rehab services in our area.
